Testimonies

Here are some sharing from our Building Blocks family!

"I'm thankful to have had a place where I could drop my kids off and not only have peace of mind that they are in good hands, but to also know they are being taught the truths of scripture in a way they can understand it and apply it to their daily lives."
Sarah - Parent
"I really like my teachers! They are so kind. I learn about God. It's good. I love God!"
Ellie - Child
"Building Blocks is a great place to learn about Jesus and understand His words. The teachers made learning fun by letting us act out stories through role play, or through arts and crafts, and even through puppet shows! I learned how to apply what Jesus did in His life into how I should do things into my life."
Addie - Child
"Building Blocks is a great place to meet people and make new friends. We get to meet lots of different kids who go there."
Tobey - Child
"I enjoy the story time where they have to tell the story to the kids (the bible story) because the story is inspiring the teaching and the crafts and I learned to come closer to god and even make new friends like tobey or Addie or even Emanuel."
Bryan - Child
"Building Blocks is a great Sunday School for my sons and other kids in church. I can feel the love️, peace, patience and wisdom from the teachers. The content of the lesson at Sunday school is very good too, the story, the artwork, the songs, and the games are very interesting and meaningful."
Linda - Parent

Frequently Asked Questions

Children will worship God, learn Biblical truths, engage in activities, and connect with friends in fun and creative ways.
We welcome children from 3 years old through grade 5 (or 10-11 years old) and with all learning needs as teachers differentiate instruction to make learning meaningful for everyone.
Currently, we do not have a program for infants and toddlers. However, we have a safe and fun space designed for them near the parent seats so you can keep an eye on them. We provide some toys and books for the children, but you are welcome to bring snacks, and toys your child likes from home.
To ensure the health of other children and teachers in the classroom, we strongly advise parents to keep their children at home if they show any symptoms of illness like coughing, a runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting, and a fever. Note that children should be fever free for 24 hours without medication before you can bring them to Building Blocks. Additionally, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, children need to wear a face mask at all times.
Your child's safety is important to us, as we understand you have entrusted your precious ones in our care. We have different structures in place for all the teachers to ensure the safety of your children: church membership; interview process; evaluation; accountability; child safety; and ongoing teacher training.
