/anɪˈvəːs(ə)ri/

noun
the annual recurrence of a date marking a notable event

During one of Pastor Seth’s travels in 2012, God spoke to him as he was looking through the in-flight magazine, where there was a picture of possible flights to Hong Kong. God placed this thought “reach Hong Kong, and you can reach this entire part of Asia” in his mind.

As Pastor Seth prayed through this vision of planting HMCC HK, the church in Ann Arbor witnessed a number of people from Hong Kong and China coming out to the church and becoming commited, affirming the vision to plant a church in Hong Kong.

On March 2014, the Hong Kong Church plant team was formed and on July 2015, they arrived the fragrant harbor and began their mission in the circle of Asia.

“Every number is a testimony. A soul that God has and continues to transform with His light. So we give God all the praise.”
“God’s providence is evident despite the odds, therefore I can do my part and build up the church as well.”

We’ve learned what it means to be ROOTED in a place we learn to call home. It empowers us to ARISE and be BOLD in the ways that we are responding to the things that God has CALLED us to do in His city. As we choose to faithfully INVEST our whole selves in His Kingdom's work, we see God more clearly working in us, through us and around us.
